One-Year Replacement Coverage

Electrical products purchased directly from neebol.com are covered for replacement if they develop a fault within one year of the original purchase date.

Damage caused by the user is excluded. This coverage does not apply to non-electrical products or consumables.

No Return Required

Once your claim is confirmed as eligible, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping. You do not need to return the faulty product.

A replacement does not restart or extend the coverage period. It remains covered until one year from the original product’s purchase date.

How to Request Support

Email support@neebol.com with:

• Your order number.

• The product name and a description of the fault.

• Photos or a short video showing the issue, if possible.

Our team responds within two business days. We may suggest troubleshooting steps or request additional information to assess the fault before arranging a replacement.

Purchases from Other Platforms

This replacement coverage applies only to orders placed on neebol.com. For purchases made through Amazon or other platforms, please contact the support channel associated with your original order.
