I recently purchased the Neebol Tattoo Pen Kit, and I am absolutely thrilled with it! As a beginner in the tattoo world, this kit has been an amazing investment. The rotary tattoo gun is lightweight, comfortable, and very easy to control. I love that it' s wireless, which makes it so convenient for moving around without being restricted by cords.
I really like the box this came in. Usually these cheap Chinese kits come in super plain boxes but this one is very nice. The kit itself is typical for tattoo kits in this price range. Good for practice but not ideal for actual tattoo work.
Neebol is a tried and true tattoo supply brand for me. I' m always happy with their pens and haven' t had any issues with the motors on my or their ones. This one has a sleek design, feels comfy in my small female hands, and doesn' t make them cramp up or go numb (I have carpal tunnel & have issues with very slim pens, or very large and bulky ones). This one is jussssst right. The supplies it comes with are basic but work great for practicing. Love the practice skin and even the ink is pretty decent. I don' t use that on skin, just for practice. Highly recommend this for beginners! Makes a great gift. ????
The machine has 3 memory settings and it is easy to set them. You have to power the machine on, press the power button to run it, then set each setting where you want it. Then tap power. Press the down arrow to access the next memory settings (M1, M2, M3), then press the power button, set your voltage and tap power again. Pretty easy. You can’t adjust your voltage while the machine is not running like other brands. I’m not in love with this machine because i feel that the motor sounds weak. Time will tell how long it holds up. The purple ring is not as bright as the stock picture one; it’s darker. The display is full color and the battery life displays in percentage along with a rainbow dotted ring around it. It comes with a basic sampler of stuff typically included in a kit: couple pair of nitrile gloves, small bag of ink caps, grip tape, couple of dental bibs, 2 pieces of thin skin (like 1/2 m), stencil paper, basic pack of ink, needles, and a 30ml btl of black ink and a 30ml btl of green soap (which is a plus since not all kits include this). Some downsides: - the battery is integrated, so if there is an issue, you have to buy a whole new machine. It would have been nice for Neebol to have this removable and include a 2nd battery, or have it rca so you could put in another one, but it’s integrated so you can’t do any of what i just suggested. - there’s no adjustable needle depth. Overall, this is a pretty bare bones kit. It’s not bad but you can pay less and get the same thing or more items with other brands. Other kits at this price range have adjustable needle depth, rca inputs, and more stuff. It honestly feels like a sample kit of what they have to offer. I would honestly spend your $70 on a better kit.

I've been practicing my hand at tattooing using fake skins, and this tattoo gun has really helped in my learning process. It is a pretty simple machine to use as there aren't really that many settings, and "just works". It was compatible with all the needles I tried and battery lasted several hours before needing to be charged (which takes awhile). Overall a nice tool to practice this trade with, and while I do plan on upgrading when I get better, was super useful for me to start out with.
So far this has turned out way better than I expected, once you figure out your depth and voltage you will be on your way, if you have never done any tattooing before please practice on practice skin before actually tattooing a person.
For a practicing beginner, this kit is great. The machine has a nice clear display, medium vibration, not too loud, and decent battery life. Good way to hone your skills a bit before upgrading to a better quality and more expensive machine. As always, the included ink is for FAKE SKIN ONLY. Do not use on real skin.
We have an apprentice at the shop and so we need to get him a pen but this was better because it comes with everything you would need to practice. The needles and the fake skin. All you need is the printer. For the price and what you are getting it's a great kit to start off with. This is 100% as advertised.
This is overall a nice kit. The machine itself feels like it needs just a bit more refinement since the the needle depth adjustment bearings are very stiff and super "clicky". The battery takes an extra second to turn on vs other brands because they included a cut little animation which frankly isn't needed. The grip width though is comfortable and takes standard cartridges. I also didn't notice any problems with the motor so would still recommend as a good beginner options.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First, the packaging it arrived in was very organized. Each part of the machine was individually boxed inside a smaller box. It came with cartridges, a sheet of faux skin, a couple sheets of transfer paper, and a roll of ink, but I wouldn’t suggest using the ink on skin. The bottles are really small and I wouldn’t suggest using just feel more comfortable using a more trusted brand for ink. I love how the machine feels in my hand. It’s lightweight and I like that you charge it before use and it keeps going for a few hours. Haven’t tested out how long a single charge goes for but the lining came out straight and it’s pretty silent compared to other brands I’ve used. I would definitely recommend as a beginner tattoo gun before committing to the more pricy machines, especially if you’re using it for hobby or career purposes.
This tattoo kit is perfect for a beginner in my opinion. Its well desighn & voltage is good 👍 comes with your basic needs to practice with. The needles are well packed easy to use too. I used on practice skin. The skin is not it's best but if your just starting this one is good.
I'm not terribly disappointed in this set, but I was a bit more disappointed in the tattoo pen than the rest of the kit, which is fine. The pen doesn't run smoothly, and though it's not terribly loud, it's not all that smooth. It's got a strange grinding sound when it runs. It features a wireless integral battery pack, with a very good display. The display is multi-colored and digital. It also features adjustable stroke. I do like the grip, ad feel of the pen, and the 3-button operation. There is a charge port at the top of the pen, and a USB cable include to charge it (USB-A to USB-C). The rest of the kit is good, though (as expected) the inks are small and few. There is a very small bottle of green soap, a single roll of narrow grip tape, a box of tattoo needle cartridges, a single pair of black latex exam gloves, a small set of ink caps, a few pen bags, three dental bibs, two thin sheets of practice skin, and a couple of sheets of tattoo design thermal transfer paper. This is a decent kit, and would be fine for someone just starting out in the tattoo world. However, it may not be the best choice, so check out comparable kits, as well.

This is a really good set to use if you’re a beginner. It comes with everything you need to start tattooing the same day. The battery lasts a long time and takes only 45 to an hour to charge from zero. Highly recommend.

So neebol has been making some good budget starter machined. This is one of there better ones that can produce a professional tattoo. Machine works well at all voltages and had a nice color readout. Adjusts needle depth correctly for long or short throw. Balance and weight are good. Nice all rounder. The rest of the stuff is starter grade materials to be used for practice on fake skin. Great value
This kit really surprised me in a good way. The pen itself feels smooth in the hand and runs quietly, which I wasn’t expecting at this price point. Battery life has been reliable so far—I’ve gone through a few long practice sessions without needing to recharge. The wireless setup definitely adds some freedom when working, and the range of needle cartridges included gives you a good mix to experiment with. Only reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is because I haven’t put it to work on a real client yet, so I can’t speak to how it performs during longer sessions or how it heals. That said, for practice and getting comfortable with the motions, this has been a great tool to learn with. Definitely feels like a smart investment while I get my footing in the craft.
This is a good tattoo machine kit for the price. It comes with some functional decent accessories. It's better quality and reliability than the super bargain basement priced beginner machines. This might actually last.
